Loch Fyne : A Fine Bite to Eat

Seafood lovers will enjoy an evening at Loch Fyne Oyster and Seafood Restaurant.  We visited the Wokingham location the other night, and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.  Drinks were a bit pricey, but the menu did offer good nightly specials with limited quantities.  Wait staff tended well to diner's needs and offered friendly smiles and conversation.

At our table, a trio of uniquely flavored pieces of salmon as a starter was a delightful way to become familiar with the varying smoking techniques Loch Fyne uses to enhance the fish.  With mussels soft and tender, and scallops prepared to perfection, we knew to trust the chef's technique with delicate fresh seafood.  Main courses of crisp pan-fried bream and a generous portion of Friday night comfort food fish pie followed.

46 locations throughout the United Kingdom.
